Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

You are free to cancel your Mahari Library subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account, go to the Subscription or Payment section in the dashboard, and select "Cancel Subscription".

There are no cancellation fees.

2. Effects of Cancellation

• Access: Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period (whether monthly or yearly).
• Recurring Charges: No further charges will be made to your account after cancellation, provided you cancel before the next renewal date.
• Data: Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy, but your account may be downgraded to the Free Plan features after the billing period ends.

3. No Refunds on Cancellation

As per our Refund Policy, we do not provide refunds for any unused portion of the subscription term, even if you cancel immediately after payment.
